Keeping NJ Names off the NSPM-7 Secret Domestic Terrorist List: Report Back on Oct. 19 Founding Meeting of No Complicity NJ
At a zoom session with 21 in attendance held on October 19 2025, the No Complicity NJ Committee was launched to address the pending attacks on NJ residents and citizens based upon the illegal Trump signed National Security Presidential Memorandum 7 together with illegal executive orders signed by Trump falsely proclaiming that for example, ANTIFA is a “domestic terrorist organization.”
The Trump administration has accelerated requests and demands to police forces across the US including in NJ to provide data from police monitoring of social media and protests including videos and images and other records. The plan is to run the data through technology created by Palantir and other AI, predictive data firms to automatically generate a secret list of supposed “domestic terrorists.” Similar AI methods are driving the ICE terror endangering our communities now except the hook will be based upon our First Amendment thoughts and our participation in protected free speech activities.
Per NSPM7, no evidence of any crime needed to place us on the list – there will be no trial and no judge and no jury and no right to question the accuser. AI will determine it and the list will be kept secret – we will not know we have been secretly proclaimed as domestic terrorists until we are attacked as such by the military, by federal police, by local Joint Terrorist Task Forces (coordinated by FBI) or by local police. The secret sentence, placement on the terrorist list will cause us to be targeted for harm and the precise way that happens will be determined in part by masked temporary police thugs and elite National Guard and possibly other Armed Forces units and NJ’s elite “Joint Terrorist Task Force” units aided by NJ State and local police.
Our goal is to demand that the NJ Attorney General, currently Matthew Platkin, must immediately issue a directive to NJ police forbidding any support or compliance with US AG (Bondi) requests for data or support of NSPM7. We also call for local non-cooperation at the municipality level by police.
Our meeting provided education and discussion as well as discussed some action plans.

JOIN “PUBLIC HEARING STYLE” PROTEST OF NSPM7, US WAR ON LATIN AMERICA AND ICE WAR OF TERROR, WEDNESDAY, NOV 12, 4PM NEWARK NJ.
We decided to organize an initial event on this topic. It is a permitted protest event scheduled for Wednesday, November 12, 4pm in Newark NJ – we have already received the permit from the City of Newark. We are proposing a “public hearing” style event with presentations of 3 – 5 minutes. Use the form at this link to express potential participation and support. The testimony should drive the point home that NJ residents and citizens must be protected from NSPM-7. We ask that each presenter make an argument for NJ OAG and also local non-participation in the NSPM-7 crackdown. You can include witness and other testimony about the terror we already are facing and the dangers of NSPM 7 . We intend to have professional caliber recordings of the presentations to use for advocacy going forward.
